Meet Dr. Michelle Rowles- Owner/ Director

I’m Dr. Michelle Rowles, a lifelong Kansas City resident, devoted educator, and childcare professional with over 25 years of hands-on experience. As owner of Just Like Family Child Care Home, LLC (two Raytown, MO locations), I’m passionate about nurturing children in safe, loving, and faith-driven environments.

Meet Ms. C- Infant/ Toddler Director

Ms. Chephan, known as “Ms. C,” is the Director of the infant center at Just Like Family Child Care Home, specializing in infant and toddler care. Inspired by her mother’s in-home program, she has worked with children since age nine and returned to the field in 2012 after becoming a mother. Now a proud mom, godmother, and soon-to-be grandmother, Ms. C continues her studies in Criminal Justice with a focus on juvenile services, while dedicating her work to providing a safe, nurturing, family-centered environment for every child.

Meet Mrs. Tiara- Assistant Director

I’m Tiara, Assistant Director at Just Like Family Childcare. With 7+ years of childcare experience and a CDA, I’m passionate about supporting children, families, and staff. I’m also a proud mom of four and an animal lover. My favorite colors are Royal Blue and Hot Pink, and I never pass up seafood or Chipotle! I’m grateful to be part of this community and excited to help your children grow and thrive. 💙💗

Meet Ms. Precious- Lead Teacher

Hi, I’m Ms. Precious, Lead Teacher in the Non-Potty Trained classroom. With 14 years of experience and a passion for early childhood, I focus on building confidence, independence, and school readiness through play-based learning. Alongside Dr. P, I provide a nurturing environment with structured routines, individualized support, and open family communication.

Hi, I’m Ms. Hailey, a proud mom of three and passionate early childhood educator. With experience since age 17, I focus on play-based learning, social-emotional growth, independence, and early academic skills. I’m excited to create a safe, supportive space where your child can thrive, and I look forward to a wonderful year together!

Meet Kaliyah- Teacher Aid

Hello families! I’m Ms. Kaliyah, excited to support your child’s growth this year. I create a nurturing, fun environment where children develop academically, socially, and emotionally through play and exploration. My goal is to help preschoolers become confident, curious, and kind learners with strong skills, creativity, and a love of learning.
